Micro Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) strives to create an environment in which applicants, factory tour participants, and other job seekers involved in recruitment activities can feel secure in their job hunting activities.
In addition to sexual harassment (sexual harassment), our company prohibits any harassment with job seekers, such as intimidating behavior, remarks that deny personality, and inappropriate behavior that takes advantage of the superior position in job hunting.

Rules for Recruitment Activities
・Factory tours and job interviews will be conducted during working hours at our facility.
・Ob/OG visits between individuals without a request from our company are prohibited.
・Prohibited contact with job-hunting students and job seekers by private means of communication (private e-mail address, smartphone, SNS).
・In any situation of hiring activities, we do not allow any dinner that involves drinking.
・In order to prevent harassment related to recruitment activities, we will set up a dedicated consultation desk.
