Work locations and work styles

Assignments may change within the range specified by the company (Tokyo, Atsugi, Nagaoka, Tokorozawa, Kiso, etc.). We make decisions while respecting organizational changes and your preferences, taking suitability and other factors into account.

Application and selection methods

First, complete your application and submit the required documents.

Applications from past graduates and second-new graduates

We welcome such applications. No experience is required. There are many situations where your life and work experience to date can be leveraged. Feel free to submit an application.

Can I apply if my college major was in the liberal arts?

Of course. At MICRO, more than half of our staff come from liberal arts backgrounds, and many career changers from other industries are thriving. We welcome those who are eager to take on challenges in new fields.

Company information sessions

We participate in events hosted by the Tokyo Job Center and Hello Work, among others. Beyond those, we can also accommodate individuals who would like to “hear more before the interview.”

Selection process

The overall flow is as follows.
“Application” → “First Round” → “Second Round” → “Final Round” → “Offer”
This process may take about one month to reach an offer.

We do not currently have a formal internship program, but pre-application factory tours and workplace experience is available at the Atsugi Development Center and the Nagaoka Office.

Education and training programs

After joining the company, you will learn about your job mainly through OJT (training through work) under the guidance of senior employees.
We place importance on on-the-job learning, creating an environment where you can steadily acquire skills.
In addition, new graduates will acquire the knowledge and skills required of working adults through external training, etc.

Salary and bonuses

Bonuses are paid twice a year. We also have a record of paying bonuses three times a year depending on performance, ensuring that effort and results are properly recognized.

We provide a commuting allowance based on your commuting conditions.
We may also provide a skill allowance commensurate with your abilities.
