Positions Available
Research and development of next-generation semiconductor and electro-optical components using glass substrates.
Job description: design, prototyping, evaluation, verification, data analysis (repeating tests to turn ideas into tangible results).
Features: No experience required; open to all academic backgrounds; training provided via on-the-job training (OJT).
Proposal-based route sales for our products (focused on existing and referred customers; acquire new customers at trade shows. Does not involve cold calling).
Job description: gathering information on issues and making proposals; quotations; delivery schedule coordination; quality confirmation; forging customer relationships; collaboration with factories.
Features: Business trips mainly within Japan; proposals in collaboration with the Technical Department.

Salary
● 210,000 to 350,000 yen

Working hours
Head Office: 09:00–17:45 (45-minute break)
Factory: 08:45–17:45 (60-minute break)
Holidays and leave
Two days off per week
Year-end/New Year and summer holidays; one Saturday workday per month
* Working days are determined by the calendar set by the office.
* Company-designated holidays implemented using the planned annual leave system are available.
